Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
J.Lonae Extensions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Payment
In an effort to deter fraudulent activity billing and shipping address must match on all orders! Otherwise the order will be canceled.
Refunds + Exchanges
There are absolutely no refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges are not guaranteed but may be granted on a case by case basis, if the product is defective. To request an exchange please email jlonaeextensions@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Failure to make contact within 2 business days will make a claim invalid.
