Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Any issues regarding delivery or transit of product should be addressed with the respective carrier. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days -not including holidays or weekends. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided. Depending on which type of shipment that was selected at the checkout, shipping time may vary. Standard Shipping is about 3-5 business days. Expedited Shipping is about 2-4 business days. Orders are NOT shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery due to COVID-19. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
J.Lonae Extensions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside the U.S. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow up 14-21 business days for shipping.
In an effort to deter fraudulent activity billing and shipping address must match on all orders! Otherwise the order will be canceled.
Refunds + Exchanges
There are absolutely no refunds -that includes if you change your mind. All sales are final. Exchanges are not guaranteed but may be granted on a case by case basis, if the product is defective. To request an exchange please email email@example.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Failure to make contact within 2 business days will make a claim invalid.
